Together with other subsidiaries, ALA Advisors Pte. Ltd., an exempted corporate finance advisory firm, and Integra Solutions Pte. Ltd., a corporate secretarial and accounting firm, we offer a suite of services for companies operating in Singapore.
To further complement support for these companies we work with our associated law firm Aquinas Law Alliance LLP and the ASEAN Legal Alliance.
At ALAC we assist clients with the implementation of accountable data protection practices in the management of personal data under its possession or control. Our advisory references the relevant Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) guidelines, ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and data protection readiness of the organisation.
